我在 19 年 10 月 7 日晚上 6 点 30 分/6 点 45 分左右吃了一份带有香醋和玛格丽塔大饼披萨的家庭沙拉，然后喝了水和一杯蓝月亮啤酒。我在那里开始感到不适，当我 8 点回到家时，我感到恶心，有点头晕。8 点半左右我猛烈呕吐了大约 20 到 30 分钟。然后我得了腹泻。整个晚上和第二天早上。
我也讨厌这种经历，因为我们在甲板上外面吃东西，而我身后的两个女人在抽烟大约一个小时。对整个体验感到厌恶。

I got a Reuben sandwich. About 3 hours later, the nausea and diarrhea began. I just kinda slept it off for about 10 hours. I also had fever dreams and cold sweats. My intestines still hurt.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

吃了麦当劳的汉堡来吃一顿快餐（我的第一个错误！）食用 3 小时后，我开始不停地发冷和呕吐。这是我第四次听说有人从这个确切地点感染食物中毒，不幸的是我花了它才吸取教训。

When I went to work this morning I was fine, then started to feel a warm sensation in my stomach and a chest pain. After a few minutes I went to the restroom to vomit and then diarrhea. Went to the Doctor and the labs resulted in infection due to Food Poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
