On September 13, i had lunch at Wholly. I've felt nauseous since about an hour after and had to return to my hotel room. I fell asleep for six hours. I had:
Soft Shell crab sandwich
with Chipotle aioli
Cabbage with ham
Cole slaw
Tarter sauce
Cocktail sauce

I ate the southwest wrap when we entered museum and started to feel sick and cold while walking around. When we got home, I had nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. In the morning I was better. This is a duplicate report because the first one didn't submit properly.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
