Son ate 3 soft taco wraps at 7pm. Woke up with high fever and feeling nausea for a day and night. He is on medication now, hope he will recoverd. Nobody else in the family ate taco except him. We are all fine except him.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

我有一个装有米饭、黑豆、fajita 蔬菜、温和的莎莎酱、鸡肉和奶酪的碗。吃完之后我的胃感觉很奇怪，食物似乎难以消化。晚上我醒来时会出现剧烈的抽筋和腹泻。我注意到我的温度也很小。我整天都感觉不舒服，胃痛也很难吃东西。我现在已经多次去过同一家餐厅时遇到过这种情况。这次事件发生后我不会再回来了。
