Within 20 minutes of eating a Wendy's asiago chicken sandwich experienced Knife like pains in my stomach followed quickly by hours of continuous vomiting and soon followed by diarrhea. Just miserable!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Visited on our way back from Saint Stephen South Carolina, heading towards Illinois on March 4th 2017. My partner got violently ill later that evening. That was the only place we ate that day. Luckily I didn't eat my burger otherwise chances are I would have gotten… 更多

I had a free sandwich meal so I got the chicken salad. An hour after eating it my stomach was upset and later on that night I was vomiting pieces of the chicken salad. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day after going to Zaxby's so I know for sure it was the sandwich.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
