I went out about 130 AM they were fixing to close and I could see they were cleaning the grills. I ate my food laid down and went to sleep about 230 am and now it's 5 am and I've been awake since 3 am puking and having uncontrollable Diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to Panera around 7:30 pm.
- ordered a half Greek salad and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup
- started experiencing diarrhea and dry heaving around 2 am

下午 6 点左右有一个戴夫汉堡在我吃完最后几口之前开始感觉不好。在一个小时内，他出现了非常痛苦的上腹部疼痛，然后是一个晚上的折腾和转弯，疼痛更大，胃部搅动和消化不良对药物没有帮助。很早就醒来时有严重的腹泻、疼痛和头晕。
