星期二晚上我有蛋白质电源板。我有点怀疑，因为它马上就出来了，所以以为它可能已经坐在那里了。我度过了一个不安的夜晚，感觉很热和胃部不适。我早上 7 点开始呕吐。我整天都有腹泻、头痛、呕吐，无法压住液体。我今天在吃点东西但是没有能量。

Wife and I ate chipolte August 5 afternoon... Wife ate chicken bowl and threw up many times that evening... called store next day August 6 to report and they didn't seem interested and said nobody else called chipolte to complain of food sicknesd... they didn't take my name or number or anything  | 症状: 呕吐

Symptoms began same night of trip to restaurant, maybe within six hours. Trip was on Thursday, August 2nd. Me and my fiancé both got sick. We both had double quarter pounders, fries, and I had a diet Coke while he had a sweet tea. Nausea and vomiting  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
