Ordered the grilled chicken nuggets, grilled chicken sandwich, and grilled chicken wraps. Ate at about 6pm and woke up at 3 battling stomach cramps until vomiting began 4am all the way to 11:30am. Just vomiting, massive headache, low fever. ok the next day  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 头痛, 发烧

Salad bar Ate salad bar August 11, 2019. Was sick within 36-48 hours. Have been to numerous doctor appointment, but nobody can help me feel better. Had diarrhea for 8 weeks, still have reflux, abdominal pain, low energy, swollen glands, weak immune, painful joints and rash on my face.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 弱点, 胃痛, 皮疹, 胃酸倒流
