I had a double steak burger with fries around lunchtime. Later that day I experienced nausea vomiting and diarrhea. Bad pains in my stomach. Was sick all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

White Castle frozen cheeseburgers 2 got sick. Had eaten a package of the cheeseburgers around 9 pm and by approximately 10 am the next day had diarrhea. Had some abdominal pain with it. Only diarrhea once. Both of us had the same symptoms   | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛

Canned stuffed grape leaves I ate a can of stuffed vegetarian grape leaves, only 1 got sick as I was the only one eating them. My partner and I had the exact same thing that day except for the grape leaves. I think symptoms started 8-10 hours after eating  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
