The only thing I ate that day were these two sandwiches.... it was the fried chicken sandwich number nine and a small cheeseburger from the budget menu. The mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich did taste a little weird.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My 2 year old daughter ate the chicken nuggets yesterday evening and is now frequently vomiting this morning. This makes the 3rd time she has gotten sick from them. All the chicken nuggets have been from different McDonald's.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
