我丈夫、儿子和我唯一的共同点是洋葱圈。今天我们每个人都经历了极度的胃痛，气体和腹泻。对我来说，我的下腹感觉就像是被刀刺伤了。只是开车去上班真是太难受了。道路上的每一个颠簸都让我想从痛苦中加倍努力。

Ordered this meal Saturday evening and Sunday morning woke up vomiting and diarrhea. Sick all day Sunday and could not eat anything until toast on Monday morning. Ran low grade fever as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Received food which looked old and reheated and sent it back.Almost all the food we received was like this.Went home and almost immediately was on the toilet.Spent most of the evening lie this and woke up in hot sweats.I also am now very nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I purchased a ham biscuit on 02/03/2018 prior to boarding an AA flight to London. I told the staff that I was about to board a 7+ hour flight so had to be very careful of what I ate prior to a long-haul flight.
