I went to Wendy's on my lunch break around 10:30 AM & I got 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink and now I'm throwing up while I have diarreah. It's torture right now. It just now started happening and I'm not sure what to do cause I've only had food poisoning once in my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我用蘑菇、鳄梨、甜椒和西红柿吃了你自己做的煎蛋卷。我也吃了炸早餐土豆。我点了 Godiva 芝士蛋糕去，然后炸了西葫芦、鳄梨和便携式洛杉矶蘑菇。我先吃了一小盘油炸蔬菜，但没吃完。我几乎没碰过煎蛋卷和土豆然后把它拿走了。之后我 8 个小时没吃东西，直到那天晚上 8 点，那时我完成了主菜。凌晨 2 点 58 分，我在床上变得恶心、热和不舒服。我立刻感到有空腹的冲动，不知道它会以哪种方式爆发。我结束了 6 次弹丸呕吐。我感觉好些了，但是虚弱、头晕、疲倦和摇摆不定。我设法洗个澡然后回去睡觉。今天早上我的胃还没有安定下来，如果我还有什么可以扔的话，我觉得我可以。

Had 4 mcdoubles around 7 pm on 10/24 could only eat two within a couple hours I had moderate food poisoning not the worst case I had but still a day after still suffering will more then likely go to E. R. In the morning after work  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Saturday evening, October 22, 2016. I was the only one in a party of eight to eat the greenbeans w/blue cheese. I only ate two bites as they weren't good. Everyone else ate other items and no one else got sick things. Three hours later I was extremely ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
