11 点半左右我吃了一个 barbacoa 卷饼作为午餐。我整天感觉不太好，但是前一天晚上我刚从丹佛飞回来，所以我认为那是海拔的变化。凌晨 3 点我醒来时胃痉挛和一些严重的呕吐。呕吐一直持续到大约 5:30，也就是腹泻开始的时候，腹泻持续了几个小时。我还想补充一点，晚餐时我只吃了努萨菠萝酸奶，我相信这种疾病来自 chipotle，但我想包括我昨天吃的所有东西。

I ordered a large pizza. I ate a couple of slices. 2 hours later I began feeling sick. I couldn't sleep and was in the bathroom all night. I was vomiting everywhere. Went to the hospital the next morning where they verified it was food poisoning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the chicken fried chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. I got sick within 4 hours. Started with bad stomach cramps. Was up all night vomiting and using bathroom. Also had a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
