I ordered a large pizza. I ate a couple of slices. 2 hours later I began feeling sick. I couldn't sleep and was in the bathroom all night. I was vomiting everywhere. Went to the hospital the next morning where they verified it was food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the chicken fried chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. I got sick within 4 hours. Started with bad stomach cramps. Was up all night vomiting and using bathroom. Also had a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
