当我访问餐厅时，有污水泄漏，浴室里的水流入用餐区，还有裸露的电线垂在饮料机上。在我们注意到用餐区的问题之前，我和我丈夫已经支付了食物费用。闻起来很糟糕！！！4 天后，我有一例 E Coli 确诊病例，而且我 100％ 肯定是来自这家餐厅的。由于这个原因，我住院了 2 天。呕吐，腹泻，心率加快，严重脱水和剧烈的胃痉挛。7 天后，我每次尝试进食时仍在与腹泻作斗争，而且仍然可怕的胃痉挛。

I am in EXTREME PAIN at the moment. I had some fried chicken strips for lunch because it was quick but man that was a mistake. Now I feel as if I’m dying. Kroger simple truth boneless & skinless chicken breasts., First time was 1 month ago and the symptoms started about 4 hours after eating the chicken. Them again a few days ago about 6 hours after eating the chicken.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

11 月 25 日星期日，我和我的朋友去了 Chuy "s 吃午饭。我有 Mexi Cobb 沙拉，她有一个采样盘。进食后一小时内，我们都有腹泻。第二天吃午饭我们都吃剩饭了。大约 6 小时后，我们都在呕吐、恶心、眼压、颈部疼痛、腹泻和头痛。我们都错过了两天的工作时间。她打电话报告 Chuy 说没有其他人打过电话。后来我们发现其他人打电话举报，因此他们撒谎了。

I ate at Sergios on 102618 at around 730 PM. I had the Chicken Piccata and roasted vegetables. By 1130 that evening was experiencing extreme vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted for about 5 hours. The next day my temperature was at 101.1 and didnt break until later… 更多

今晚我有螃蟹盛宴。蟹腿里装满了水，上菜的锅里漂浮着一点黄油。盘子。腿味道很有趣，但我以为是它们煮的方式还是
不同类型的螃蟹。我得到了盛宴，盘子里有两种蟹腿。晚餐中途我放弃了，因为有些事情看起来不对劲。我以为只有我自己，但我通常喜欢蟹腿。无论如何，我现在病得很重。大约 4 小时后，我有非常痛苦的腹泻、恶心和胃痉挛。我的头开始受伤了。这不仅仅是胃部不适。这非常痛苦。
