cheeseburger, My son got sick - one of the meat patties on his cheeseburger was raw. Symptoms started 6 hours later - vomit, diarrhea, fever, chills, stomach cramps. He could finally keep down liquid the following afternoon, went back to school 4 days later and is still having stomach issues  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战

I ate spicy chicken strips Tuesday 8/6/19. I woke in the middle of the night with severe diarrhea and vomiting that continued throughout the following day. I continued to experience nausea as well. I will never eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

当我访问餐厅时，有污水泄漏，浴室里的水流入用餐区，还有裸露的电线垂在饮料机上。在我们注意到用餐区的问题之前，我和我丈夫已经支付了食物费用。闻起来很糟糕！！！4 天后，我有一例 E Coli 确诊病例，而且我 100％ 肯定是来自这家餐厅的。由于这个原因，我住院了 2 天。呕吐，腹泻，心率加快，严重脱水和剧烈的胃痉挛。7 天后，我每次尝试进食时仍在与腹泻作斗争，而且仍然可怕的胃痉挛。

I am in EXTREME PAIN at the moment. I had some fried chicken strips for lunch because it was quick but man that was a mistake. Now I feel as if I’m dying.
