2018年1月15日-用鸡蛋和意大利熏火腿吃了一个普通的百吉饼。没有奶酪或其他附加组件。我一吃完最后一口，我就立刻感到胃痛，就像打肠道一样。立即食欲不振，它在 3-5 小时内变成了 diahhrea，持续了 2 天。最初的 24 小时我只能吃鸡汤、pedialite、pepto。首先是纯白米饭，然后加入普通鸡肉作为蛋白质。第三天慢慢好起来了。直到一周后才能恢复正常饮食含有（健康）脂肪的食物。没有呕吐。没有发冷或发烧。
