我 14 日 6 点 30 分至 7 点左右在贝尔维尤广场的 P.F. CHANG'S 吃了。我点了四个猪肉饺子，Lo Mein 搭配鸡肉和虾组合，然后点了 “巧克力长城” 巧克力蛋糕作为甜点。那天晚上凌晨 1 点左右我醒来，胃痛非常严重。我跑到洗手间，立刻得了可怕的 diareah 病例，然后我把整个肚子都扔了。所有东西。太可怕了，现在是第二天晚上 7 点左右，我还在受苦。

我有一个 barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼，里面有奶酪，西红柿，黑豆，热莎莎，酸奶油。我的男朋友吃牛排，没有酸奶油，没有番茄（这与我们的饭菜唯一不同）。我们星期六下午 5 点吃了东西，两个小时后我立即出现了恶心。回家吐了起来然后开始发烧并切断胃痉挛。第二天我的发烧上升到 102 次，仍然有呕吐和严重的恶心，现在脱水了，无法起床。终于在星期一去了紧急护理，感觉好多了，周三将恢复工作。
