下午 4 点左右我吃了牛肉卷饼，腹泻开始时晚上 7 点左右开始感到难过。我在晚上 9 点左右开始呕吐，起床了 6 个小时，出现了上述所有症状再加上发烧/发冷。我当天早些时候才喝过茶，因为我很忙，所以这是我当天唯一的食物，这意味着这绝对是罪魁祸首。
