我用鸡蛋和沙粒吃了乡下的炸牛排。第一顿饭必须送回去，里面有头发。本来应该足够我不吃东西但以为会发生意外。24 小时后我抽筋和呕吐病得很重。有腹泻  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
