2016 年 8 月 28 日星期日晚上 9 点左右，我停下了 Attaco Bell Drive，购买了 Taco Supreme 和 Tostado。感觉有点不舒服所以我上床睡觉这样我就可以起床去上班了。我醒来时可能会因为腹泻和呕吐、头晕、身体疼痛和可怕的头痛而生病。我没有随着时间的流逝而好转（我不得不打电话请病假），而是病得越来越严重。到第二天早上，我太冷了我的牙齿在颤抖，我几乎无法把头从枕头上抬起来。我一个人爱，所以我没有任何帮助，最后把被子从床上摘下来，在浴室里躺了几个小时。同时我有严重的头痛和头晕，呕吐和腹泻。我以为我快死了，不可能去急救，因为我几乎无法坐起来。昨晚 11 点我的头痛好转了，但我不能待在家里休息，我必须上班。自从我用 Taco Bell 用餐以来，我只吃过冰片。我没看医生，因为我必须坐救护车去那里！！

美国东部标准时间下午 1 点左右买了四分之一磅。当我回到家吃饭时，我注意到薯条在我家和麦当劳之间 5 分钟的路程里异常冷。我的四分之一磅重的牛肉看上去有点干又黑。相信麦当劳的安全标准，在中途停下来之前，我吃了几口汉堡和薯条。这顿饭只是要干冷才能享用。在 3 个小时内，我开始出现可怕的胃痛。我的身体开始无法控制地出汗。然后我同时出现了剧烈的腹泻、呕吐、严重出汗和鼻子出血。我已经好几年没生病了，以前从未经历过鼻子流血。我确信我的症状是由我吃的麦当劳汉堡引起的。我还有剩下的汉堡、薯条和购买证明。我会跟进的。

I ordered a sandwich and they smothered the meat in mustard. Don't know if they did this out of stupidity,to troll or to hide the taste. I took most of it off. Next morning woke up vomiting .  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
