从晚上 8 点开始直到晚上 11 点左右，我都极度呕吐、发烧、发冷、极度腹泻。那时我身上什么都没进去。

Me and my wife ordered burrito bowls to go, one barbacoa and one chicken last night. My wife's symptoms began in the early morning and mine started shortly after.
