昨天我在Arby's吃了一个gyro（希腊旋转烤肉卷）。我在午休时间点了一个gyro并吃掉了它。30分钟后，当我回到工作岗位时，我出现了严重的胃痉挛和疼痛、腹泻、恶心和发烧。那是我吃的全部食物。我病得很厉害，真的很糟糕。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛, 呕吐
