i felt fine when i got home after dinner but when i woke up in the morning i felt terrible and vomited the friend that i went out with had same symptoms. this could have been cause by the water because me and my friends noticed it tasted a bit off. or the taco even tho it tasted fine.  | 症状: 呕吐

2017 年 12 月 28 日，我下班后大约 4 点 10 分停下来吃晚饭，然后吃了辛辣的豪华餐。食物来得很快。我回家了，晚上 9 点左右病得了剧烈的抽筋、恶心、呕吐。疼痛无法入睡，呕吐每小时左右就会达到峰值。剧烈的疼痛持续了大约 36 个小时，但三天后我仍然无法吃很多东西。当然，这些症状实际上与胃病毒相同，但谁能说出是什么原因引起的。我感谢 Chick-Fil-A 帮助我尽早开始新年饮食。如果再来的话我不会很快在那里吃东西了。

我和我的妻子已经去过这个地方很多次了。昨晚我订购了辣味豪华套餐，我的妻子得到了烤鸡肉俱乐部。大约 3 小时后，我开始很快发冷，然后是水样腹泻，然后是持续呕吐。它击中我几个小时后，许多妻子开始出现同样的症状。17 小时后，我仍然有发冷和潮热的感觉，同时还需要去洗手间。除了这些症状外，我们都精力不足，头痛严重。
