Little cheeseburger and normal fries. Ate at 6:30pm on 10/9/17. Started with stomach cramps, kept me up in the night and woke up with diarrhoea and stomach cramps still remaining. Took day off work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

This might be TMI however 2 hours after eating i Wendy's I started to feel nauseous. Cheeseburger I then began vomiting shortly after. Until I hit stomach bio. Extreme pain and explosive diarrhea. I will be reporting this to the manager after the hurricane. I will never eat Wendy's again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Sourdough jack with no tomato and heavy mayonnaise at about 8:30 pm last night. Woke up at about 545 am running to bathroom. Husband had smokey bacon cheeseburger which has no mayonnaise and feels fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought 2 mc chicken and a large cheeseburger meal with lemonade and 2 frozen cokes. 2.10 pm and started chucking half hour later felt fine before my cheeseburher feeling terrible now  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
