My husband and I both had chicken bowls with black beans, Brown rice, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. My son had a chicken burrito with white rice and cheese. My 1 year old shared with me and all 4 of us have been sick less than 24 hours after eating there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我饿了，所以我在网上订购了一个鸡肉卷饼碗。我在下网上订单后的 30 分钟内就拿到了商品。它有斑豆，玉米莎莎酱，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。我吃得很快然后回到办公桌前。进食后 30 分钟内，我有强烈的冲动去洗手间然后腹泻。我感觉又热又出汗。然后大约一个半小时后，我感觉到恶心的浪潮袭击了我。我起身走到休息室拿了一瓶冷水。啜了几口然后在我的办公桌前坐了下来。恶心正在波澜起来，所以我站起来回到洗手间，在我迈出一步之前，我跪下来，抓住垃圾桶然后扔了起来。最奇怪的是它是水的，只有生菜。鸡肉、豆类和玉米莎莎酱怎么了？我已经通过了吗？很奇怪。我喝了姜汁然后吃了 GF 椒盐脆饼。今天早上我吃了吐司和苏打水。我头疼得可怕，然后继续下去，还是回味着可怕的回味。我通常不喜欢歇斯底里症，Chipotle 是我丈夫之一，也是我最喜欢的外卖场所之一，尤其是因为他患有腹腔疾病。我得三思而后行。
