我购买了冷冻晨星素食鸡块。我吃完它们大约 4 个小时后，我开始呕吐。2 小时内 12 次。我两天没吃东西，也几乎没喝水，因为每次我都会呕吐。我严重脱水而且非常虚弱。现在已经 8 天了，我感觉恢复正常。

My husband, two toddlers, and I got sick Nov. 20 2019 and were sick all afternoon/ night immediately after having it for lunch and all we had for breakfast was dry cereal. My kids had the chicken nuggets, I had the grilled chicken sandwich, and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went through the drive through and got chicken nuggets and fries. Had to wait on my order so I thought they were making it fresh. The nuggets were luke warm at best but I just thought they had cooled down a bit so I ate them. Woke up at 3am sick and continued to be sick for the next two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
