在这次事件发生之前，我已经吃过几次鸡块，但从来没有生病过。昨天 6-25-19 我姐姐回家为所有人买了鸡块。我在下午 5 点左右吃了 13 块鸡块，直到第二天早上才感觉到任何疾病症状。由于胃痛和恶心，我在大约凌晨 3 点至 5 点左右多次醒来。凌晨 5 点 35 分左右，我去洗手间扔了多次。我姐姐和弟弟在那里吃饭也生病了，在我这样做之前他们就开始感觉不好。我吐了，我姐姐也吐了。

我 5 岁的女儿吃了一顿金块快乐餐，1 小时后她开始整夜呕吐，发高烧，胃痉挛不好，虚弱，头晕。
如果你打算在吃饭的地方工作，可能要准备食物然后做你的血腥工作。血腥恶心！！！你会冒着小孩的健康风险，让他们生病，同时把鸡块留在那里很长时间。做好你的工作！！！

吃了一顿简单的鸡块、薯条和可乐。在我开始出现剧烈腹泻大约一个小时后吃完饭，这种情况持续了几个小时，让我保持清醒。除此之外，我还感到非常臃肿，这很奇怪，因为那天我真的没吃任何东西。大约 12 个小时后，我终于把我吃的所有东西都扔掉了。腹泻持续一整天，好像我得了流感一样，尽管呕吐后我开始感觉好多了。

We bought a bag of Tyson breaded chicken nuggets & both me & my fiancé both got extreme stomach cramps and really bad diarrhea about 15-30 minutes after eating them and it lasted about 6 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
