Yesterday I got two orders of ten piece chicken nuggets, and a medium Oreo milkshake, and I've never been sick! An hour after eating the food, I was in the bathroom vomiting non-stop until 5 AM! I also had very bad diarrhea that was very watery. My stomach was in knots! I'll never eat there again!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken nuggets. I started feeling sick at one o'clock in the morning and at six o'clock I started throwing up really bad and had bad diarrhea. All day today I have thrown up and had diarrhea.
