Arrived here at 12:10 pm for lunch, went in ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a sweet tea to go. Sat in the parking lot and ate it. Drove home and around 1:30 pm started feeling nauseous, had a slight fever and severe diarrhea. Ugh! I'm still sick and the time is 4:52 pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

下午 6:30 左右，我从 Carl's 订购了一个 3 件装的鸡胸肉。整个晚上，我都会感到恶心和不安，但是把它当作经期症状假装了。但是，在我上床睡觉之后，我在 3 点醒来时肚子在搅动、抽筋。它在发出声音，像地狱一样痛苦，实际上是在给我鸡皮疙瘩。忍受了大约 8 分钟之后，我跑到洗手间把它全部放出来。我同时在呕吐和掷骰子，我所能想到的只是那些鸡块。我有奶昔，无法压住任何固体食物，自从凌晨 3 点醒来以来一直在打嗝。永远不要再在 Carl's 吃东西了
