我在 11 月 9 日的早午餐点了西南鸡肉沙拉，然后开始吃东西，但后来我注意到鸡肉没有煮熟，所以我把沙拉送回厨房去买新的。尽管我得到了新沙拉，但那天晚些时候我还是有胃病，但没有其他事情发生。在星期二清晨，那是持续的腹泻和恶心开始的时候。我不能停止整天和第二天的一部分时间腹泻。前几天我没有什么不寻常的东西，所以我知道那是沙拉里的。我病得很厉害我错过了两天的工作。
