我在 2020 年 4 月 16 日下午 12 点左右从商店 #502 订购了普通的鸡肉三明治组合。下午 5 点左右，我开始感到恶心。晚上 9 点左右，我开始呕吐，第二天早上 3 点左右持续了呕吐。那是我那天唯一的一顿饭，所以一定是罪魁祸首。当我开始感到胸部/腹部紧绷时，我开始在凌晨 1 点左右去急诊室，但由于我不想潜在地与 CV 患者在一起而避开了急诊室。凌晨 5 点左右出现腹泻。
