2019 年 6 月 27 日，星期四，我和我的配偶都购买了经典的鸡肉三明治餐，但三明治味道不正常。他们被炸的面糊也很湿。我吃了我的整个三明治，但我的配偶几乎没有吃过。

6 月 28 日我醒来时呕吐，经历了严重的胃痛和 101 度的轻度发烧。包括腹泻在内的呕吐持续了整个白天和晚上。我在 6 月 29 日醒来时停止呕吐，但腹泻增加了。腹泻一直持续到 2019 年 6 月 30 日上午，没有停止的迹象。我目前仍然遇到来自这个地方的食物中毒症状。

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. About an hour after I be came very sick. I spent the night in the restroom violently sick. In the morning I had to go to Urgent care where they gave me an IV because I was very dehydrated.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
