Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was lukewarm & not tender at all. Later that evening, I felt nauseous with cramps, vomiting & body aches. Must have been the BK because thats all I had to eat for over 12 hours. Went to a doctor the next day and they said it was food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 身体疼痛

我星期六吃了一个 Mc 鸡肉三明治，吃完大约 4 小时后开始因胃痉挛而感到不适。抽筋一直持续到深夜，在那里我也开始感觉到然后生病并患有腹泻。情况持续恶化，整夜持续剧烈生病，胃痛极大，我无法离开厕所。现在已经 48 个小时了，尽管我已经停止生病了，但我仍然有腹泻，并且经常感到不适和胃痛。

Well never really had an issue with the service . But this specific day all I had eaten was chick Gil a I had no time for breakfast this morning . Long story short my stomach started doing all types of hurtful things and .... then boom… 更多
