我从新鲜市场的鲜切水果区买了一些切好的菠萝。不要批评新鲜市场，请知道我喜欢这个地方！但是我在下午 5 点左右吃了这个，然后在午夜醒来时因发冷、发烧以及无休止的呕吐和腹泻而剧烈生病。今天早上还在继续，太突然和暴力了，我几乎无法及时到那个洗手间。
也许这是巧合，但我想不出其他可能导致这种情况的原因。
