5 月 30 日下午 4 点，我吃了 1/2 个火鸡汉堡、洋葱圈和百事可乐。之后我立刻得了腹泻，然后头痛。我花了周五呕吐的时间，但错过了会议上的主题演讲、会议和社交活动。那是可怕的一天。我甚至不能把水压下来。我和另外两个人一起吃晚饭，其中一个人也有胃部问题（她有一个汉堡包），但我没有呕吐。
