Husaband ate the Cheeseburger meal and Spicy McChicken a week ago. Was violently sick within hours that lasted all night. In-laws came over the weekend and ate the Sausage McMuffin for breakfast and the Quarter Pounder meal for lunch. Mother in law had same symptoms as husband… 更多

我有四分之一磅，有些不对劲。我想可能是洋葱。几个小时之内我就出现了胃痛，但是进食后不久就开始感到不适。在大约 6 个小时内，我开始多次严重呕吐。干燥的沉重，连一点水都无法压住。早上我还好。

I ate a double quarter pounder meal. A few hours later, extremely sick!!! Still sick the next day. Had to cancel a fishing trip to the Jersey shore. May need to see a doctor if not better soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate 2 Big Macs, just the sandwiches. Next day (04/07/2016) woke up with the above symptoms. Woke up twice during the night with diarrhea. Wife ate there two but did not feel sick but had Quarter Pounder instead.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
