Ate a buffulo chicken Quesadilla with guacamole yesterday afternoon. Fell asleep for a few hours and awoke to nausea and near non stop vomiting and diareaha for the next few hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a beef supreme chalupa and chicken quesadilla around 2:00. At 6:00 I started having diarrhea and vomiting. It lasted all night and into the next day. I wasn't able to eat anything else that night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a barbeque chicken quesadilla with salsa and sour cream. I am extremely nauseous and my abdominal pains are so severe I can barely move. I have not experienced vomiting or diarrhea.  | 症状: 恶心

午休期间，我去了炸玉米饼钟，在 2017 年 5 月 27 日星期六晚上 7 点左右吃了两个 doritos loco 炸玉米饼和一个美元菜单中的墨西哥玉米饼。第二天我去上班感觉非常恶心。我必须被送回家，因为我正在呕吐，胃部不适，头痛和 diahrrea。在家时我发烧时感觉冷热，身体发冷，身体非常疼痛。我再也不会在另一家炸玉米饼店吃饭了。

Ate a chicken quesadilla, for one it was too flat an really really hot like it was sitting on a heater, not only that it was stuck to the aluminun foil that it came in.. i think it was sitting up there awhile. I been up air diarrhea an vomiting since 12am it is now 7:50am  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
