我丈夫在 18 年 5 月 28 日星期一晚上 8 点 30 分至 9 点之间的某个时候买了 Taco Bell。我吃了两个硬壳炸玉米饼然后喝了一杯冰茶。我从凌晨 3 点 30 分开始呕吐，我在上午 11 点 30 分左右打电话给凯撒医院，被告知要去圣何塞的急诊室。我没有人可以带我去，脱水使我头晕目眩，我无法安全地走下楼。我女儿来得晚得多，给我带来了冰片，我整夜都能忍受很少的冰块。呕吐伴有剧烈的头痛和腰痛。从星期三早上开始，我有严重的腹泻。
