Got very sick after eating and drinking from Taco Bell. Felt nauseated, upset stomach and vomiting. Stayed in the bathroom with diarrhea. I thought I was going to die. I went to the ER, I will never eat from Taco Bell again. Now I am stuck with almost $9K hospital bill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 5 月 3 日，星期四。2 Beefy 5 层墨西哥卷饼加大米，2 个玉米片，Diet Pepsi。午餐吃了一半的订单，几个小时后又吃了另一半。进食后一个小时内，胃痉挛、恶心和呕吐开始了。此后不久就开始了可怕的腹泻，整晚每 30 分钟发生一次。到了早上，我变得非常虚弱和脱水，腹泻变成了血腥的。现在是星期六，自周四以来没有吃过任何东西。我很虚弱，我的腹部还很酸。痛苦到了这一点我无法直立起来。如果我今天不能减少体液并且我正在考虑去急诊室。另外，塔可钟是我那天唯一吃的食物。前几天我的饭菜是在家准备的。

I ate on May 2nd- 2 tacos and a cheesy Gordita crunch. Around 7 hours later I started feeling mildly sick so I went to bed. I woke up a couple hours later and immediately began vomiting and I had diarrhea as well. I must have got up to vomit about 10 times that night. Never eating Taco Bell again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I only ate at Taco Bell yesterday, so it was the only thing that could have caused problems. Half way through my meal, I stopped eating. It tasted fine, but it did not agree with my stomach. I couldn't eat for the rest of the day and today I still feel nausea.  | 症状: 恶心
