Got very sick after eating and drinking from Taco Bell. Felt nauseated, upset stomach and vomiting. Stayed in the bathroom with diarrhea. I thought I was going to die. I ate on May 2nd- 2 tacos and a cheesy Gordita crunch. Around 7 hours later I started feeling mildly sick so I went to bed. I woke up a couple hours later and immediately began vomiting and I had diarrhea as well. I must have got up to vomit about 10 times that night. I only ate at Taco Bell yesterday, so it was the only thing that could have caused problems. Half way through my meal, I stopped eating. It tasted fine, but it did not agree with my stomach. I couldn't eat for the rest of the day and today I still feel nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I ate a Taco Chicken Salad on Tues 5/1/18 and 1 hour later was rushed to ER with a very bad case of vomiting , shakes and cramps. I had food poisoning before yrs ago but this was totally different.
