8 月 12 日星期六我去了当地的 taco Bell。我吃了 2 个炸玉米饼附带的炸玉米饼披萨餐。我要求软。这是晚上 5 点半左右。那天晚上 11 点之前我正在跑 diaherra。呕吐。而且感觉我的皮肤着火了。我太热了，连脱掉我所有的衣服然后洗个冷水澡都不起作用。在大约 25 分钟之内，热量消退了，然后第二天早上我开始冻结（发冷），每隔 20 分钟我就会进出洗手间。这是迄今为止我经历过的最严重的食物中毒案例。而且我没有免疫系统，所以不幸的是我更容易感染它，通常每年获得两次。我不会回任何 taco Bell 地点了。顺便说一句。现在是第 5 天了！而且我还生病了！！如果我醒来后问题仍然存在，我会考虑明天早上去看医生。

我姐姐在晚上 10 点 30 分回家的路上为我订购了食物。吃了一个半紧缩包装后，我说它味道不对劲，好像自从我们上次吃炸玉米饼钟以来标准已经下降了。在 30 分钟之内，我感到恶心在蔓延。呕吐开始后不久。从晚上 11 点到凌晨 4:30，我不停地呕吐并在床上干了，没有睡过一次。我开始看见事物并向上帝祈祷让它停下来。在起伏之间，我有尖锐的刺伤肠痛和抽筋。

我没去看医生，但我会去的。我觉得病了。我订购了两个鸡肉 chalupa Supremes 和一个墨西哥披萨。我不能吃墨西哥披萨，因为吃了大约 45 分钟后我的胃很痛。感觉好像里面有一个结。我开始感到恶心。我在嘴里呕吐然后腹泻开始了。我头疼，感觉太难过了。我浪费了我的钱，我感觉很恶心。我感到寒冷和虚弱。大约晚上 8 点 35 分我去了塔可钟。

Ate at taco bell. Noticed parts of my soft taco were cold and seemed a bit old. Husband noticed this as well. Still ate them because I was hungry. I got diarrhea and fever. My husband did not. I'm still feeling ill the next morning. Hope it gets better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
