I ate chicken nuggets, Fries and a smoothie from here around noon today.. ended up feeling nauseated afterwards and threw up 3 times, it’s 2am and I’m still feeling sick but more Ill then before ? it was the only thing i ate, so my guess is that McDonalds gave me food poisoning so thanks McDonald’s  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Earlier today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. After taking a few bites I could taste the egg was a bit off so I picked out the rest. Following that I have had the taste of egg in my mouth all day, diarrhoea, fever and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I bought chicken crispy burger meal yesterday McDonald’s. After 2.5 hours I went home and was going to sleep and suddenly felt really hot, extremely hot. I started to burn abd felt like vomiting so I went to the restroom. There I have fainted and had diarrhea.… 更多

我大约在下午 4 点 30 分吃了鸡块餐作为午餐，9 点半左右我开始感到恶心。之后我扔的第一件事就是薯条和鸡块。我整晚大约每 15-30 分钟就会呕吐一次严重的胃痛足以让我无法入睡，我也得了腹泻，整晚都在发抖。

I had a Signature (Sicknature) collection BBQ burger, fries and diet coke, with the new mozarella sticks and sweet chilli dip, followed by a Twix McFlurry - an average McDonalds meal one would argue. Threw up six times with chunks of burger, fries and a big bit… 更多
