9/14/18 ate a fish filet, chicken nuggets, & fries, later on in the day I got a fever of 102+, diarrhea, and extreme abdominal pain. Ended up in the ER. Psh!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Big mac and a regular burger. Started throwing up 2 hours after eatting still nasuea the nex day. Harrah rd in harrah ok mcdonalds last night sep 13th 2018 at 10 40 pm. Ordered food. I ate it around 10.45 pm started throwing up around 12.30 and it was just me  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
