i ate Oreo mcsundee deluxe with caramel sauce, and that's the only thing i ate today, so i'm pretty sure that's what poisoned me, it looked kind of weird, just looked, and i got less ice cream than usual, maybe it was an old ice cream that was left in the ice cream machine, idk  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Yesterday morning when we went through the drive thru I had an ice coffee that didn’t taste quite right. I drank a quarter of it and the 15 minutes later I was vomiting it up on the side of the highway. My bf got a breakfast sandwich & was in the bathroom for hours a little over an hour later.  | 症状: 呕吐

6 月 14 日星期四晚餐时间大约 1 点吃了这顿饭，然后在 7 点左右吃了寒冷和虚弱，然后是沉重而持续的 diorreah 和呕吐。截至今天我还有水 diorreah。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 弱点, 寒战
