昨天下午停下来吃午饭吃两个烤零食包装。然后昨晚出现了严重的胃痉挛、恶心、腹泻和发烧。整晚都发冷了。症状一直持续到今天，现在才开始好转。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋, 寒战

I had a mcchicken sandwich meal for tea as took the kids for a treat and a couple of hours later iv got stomach cramps, diarrhoea, nausea and im shivering but im red hot. I know it's what i ate at McDonald's as the only other thing I had eat was cereal in the morning.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

I had a baseball game which ended at 8 pm Monday, and I was hungry. So my mom took me to mcdonalds to get food. I got a double quarter pounder with fries and a coke. I ate all the fries but only ate half of the sandwich. This is the first time I got beef at McDonald’s.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
