Stopped for lunch yesterday afternoon for two grilled snack wraps. Then last night had severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and fever. Had chills all night. Symptoms have continued till today and are just now starting to get better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills

I had a mcchicken sandwich meal for tea as took the kids for a treat and a couple of hours later iv got stomach cramps, diarrhoea, nausea and im shivering but im red hot. I know it's what i ate at McDonald's as the only other thing I had eat was cereal in the morning.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Cramps

I had a baseball game which ended at 8 pm Monday, and I was hungry. So my mom took me to mcdonalds to get food. I got a double quarter pounder with fries and a coke. I ate all the fries but only ate half of the sandwich. This is the first time I got beef at McDonald’s.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
