在吃了麦当劳的四分之一磅重的汉堡作为晚餐后的几个小时内，我开始突然出现可怕的胃痉挛。伤得太厉害了我受不了。感觉就像我在收缩一样！最后出现了可怕的腹泻、恶心、出汗过多-我的脸在滴汗、发冷、头晕。第二天早上我除了感到疲倦和有点虚弱之外还没事，但从未有过这样的感觉。太糟糕了。很快就不会回去了！

Ate the sausage egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown and a Fanta, within a few hours I began getting stomach cramps and feeling generally unwell and in the evening was sick numerous times and really unwell.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Stopped at McDonald's by Walmart, ate in the parking lot a Big Mac, drove home started feeling sick heart racing vomiting, horrible stomach ache. There doing remodeling big time now that I'm vomiting sounds crazy but has a paint smell,  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Daughter ate mc chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry milkshake. Sickness and diarrhoea started few hours after. She hasn't been able to keep anything down and was off school.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
