Ate the sausage egg and cheese bagel with a hash brown and a Fanta, within a few hours I began getting stomach cramps and feeling generally unwell and in the evening was sick numerous times and really unwell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
