我在晚上 10 点半左右在麦当劳吃过东西，然后我得到了麦考恩和麦考普。McChicken 看起来还不错，但是我从 McDouble 那里注意到它非常冷，就像坐了一段时间一样。我现在头痛和腹泻非常严重，感觉非常恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛

我今天上午10点买了一份带热蛋糕的丰盛早餐。我没吃饼干。30 分钟后我赶到宜家的洗手间。现在是下午 5 点 15 分，我有严重的抽筋 5 个 diarrea 发作和 2 集我无法控制自己，只是穿裤子做了。我今天没吃任何其他东西。我丈夫有 2x4 饼干，所以我猜是我身上的香肠使我食物中毒。
