我在 Applebee "s 吃饭，食物相对不错，当我回到家时我有一个 migrane，就是这样，然后第二天到了。我早上 5 点醒来时感到最严重的胃痛和头痛，感觉就像有人刺伤了我的胃笔记，这是我当天最后吃的食物。我一直在喝水然后扔掉，我的呕吐物和食物的颜色差不多。几个小时后我躺下来，起身再次呕吐，但是相反，我也在扔水和食物，这是我一段时间以来最痛苦的痛苦之一，而且我不经常生病。自从我上次吃饭以来大概已经有 14-18 个小时了，当我吃东西的时候，我最终把这些食物扔掉了。我要去看医生，也许可以得到一些治疗来帮助我。

Me and my family ate dinner at Applebee’s on 12/10/17. I ate the lime chicken fiesta with mash potatoes. At 200 am I felt nauseous and within few minutes I vomited. My husband had fish and chips and he had a stomachache.  | 症状: 恶心

我在 2017 年 12 月 6 日下午 1 点订购了拉猪肉炸玉米饼作为午餐。当调酒师调酒师发回订单时，她 “等一下，让我看看它们是否还好，它们早点被冻结了”，她从厨房里跳回来说：“不，它们很好！”。我应该马上订购别的东西，但没有。晚上 8 点左右我身体疼痛、发冷和小烧。我两端都生病了。现在是 12/8 了，我没有发冷或疼痛，但还是无法按住任何东西。再也不会回到 Applebees 身边了！！

Ordered Wonton Tacos and Siracha Shrimp along with Steak and potatoes. Got diarrhea, stomach cramping, and vomiting about 3 hours later. Was sick for about 24 hours, could not eat anything and felt extremely dehydrated. It was my first and will be my last time at Applebee's.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
